A man presumably responsible for releasing Kim Kardashian sex tape is about to capitalize on his infamy. Who wouldn’t, in America, take advantage of publicity whether be it positive or negative. When you’ve got a momentum building up, you have got to ride it to see where it ends and precisely this is what former Kim Kardashian boy friend Ray J is up to. Now, don’t get me wrong, I would probably never read his upcoming book but I do command the fact that he is trying to benefit from all of these media attention.

It seems like people in general don’t really care for Ray J’s other endeavors such as his music careers or acting careers. In fact I have never heard of Ray J until Kim Kardashian became somewhat infamous for her sex tape. Now in the past, I have heard that Brandy had a baby brother but it ends there.

According to AOL’s Black Voices, Ray J is in his final stages of completing his book, tentatively and over zealously titled Sex Machine. The book is set to release in the spring of 2008 which details his rise to fame(what?) and infamy(ok I give him that), and sexual adventures as early as 10 (laugh).

AOL reports that Ray J is rumored to have had sex with more than 1,100 women — being romantically linked to Whitney Houston, Lil’ Kim and fellow author Karrine Steffans (a.k.a. Superhead).

Ray J, unless you come up with more sex tapes with hot celebrities, do yourself a favor and keep yourself on a down low.

Kim Kardashian is taking this whole “new found fame” into next level by posing for Playboy cover, a highly coveted and sought after spot. According to USmagazines.com, the real playboy Hugh Hefner has personally chose Kim Kardashian to grace the cover of December issue of Playboy magazine. Let me tell you, it pays big to be part of Paris’ entourage as recent release of Kim Kardashian sex tape brought so much media coverage that a “nobody” just became a “celebrity” overnight. Or I rather call it a transference of perception.

Furthermore, the cover shoot somehow lead to a full 12 page pictorial (YES!!) and according to Playboy, one of the longest spread Hefner has done in a long time.

A Playboy source tells Us that Kardashian’s shoot reveals more than originally planned. Though her body is mostly draped in sheets and jewelry, the source says that Kardashian “will show one boob, and her bare butt.”

Kim Kardashian and her recent legal publicity stunt is seemingly paid off big time, she decided to drop the lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment in exchange for whopping $5 million dollars. Yes you read it right, $5 million dollars! Even the well known porn stars do not make that much from “a sex tape.” Just like Paris Hilton, a nobody who happens to be a daughter of famous lawyer for O.J just made crap load of cash for making a naughty video with no name R&B slash rapper slash singer Ray-J.

I guess it pays off to hang around with socialite Paris Hilton these days. The secret ingredient is to hang out with Paris then shoot some porn and make it big in the Hollywood. However, she does have a body to die for especially her supernatural butt.

“We’ve always wanted to work something out with Kim so she could share in the profits,” Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch told avn.com. What a difference three months makes; after Vivid bought the tape from a “third party” for $1 million, Kardashian sued for invasion of privacy in February, claiming that selling it was “despicable” and “malicious.”

The tape suppose to have been released on the month of February but due to legal action brought on by Kim, delayed the release date to this month. It seems like she is pulling a publicity stunt to raise her reputation level just like her BFF Paris Hilton who similarly gained insane amount of notoriety after her sex tape was leaked and sold to one of the porn producers.

I think that she should just accept the fact that her naughty and raunchy video will be released regardless of the lawsuit, and join in on the profit taking and rise to fame. But I guess in order to pull off a successful publicity stunt, one should carefully calculate your next moves instead of making it obvious.

Nevertheless, Vivid is moving forward with the release of the controversial sex tape without Kim’s cooperation.

Steven Hirsch, Co-Chairman of Vivid, told TMZ, “I met with Kim yesterday and unfortunately, we didn’t even come close to reaching an agreement. We will now immediately move forward with the release.”
After Kardashian filed suit last month, Vivid announced that they would temporarily halt production. The company feels confident that they have a legal right to distribute the DVD of the video. They paid an unidentified third party $1 million for rights to the tape, which was made three years ago.

Even though Vivid stated that there ain’t gonna be no pee scene, but I still hope that they somehow release the uncensored version in the future. Who knows, Vivid may release Platinum version which comes uncensored. For the time being, I am happy in the anticipation of seeing her gorgeous apple bottom!

Kim Kardashian will eventually “come to term” with this and pray that this will shoot her to stardom just like her socialite friend Paris Hilton, who still is a nobody.

One last thing, how in the hell a guy like Ray-J who is R&B wannabe is devouring bootylicious Kim Kardashian is a mystery to me. That guy can’t sing and he ain’t a good looking African American.

Kim Kardashian is seeking unspecified damages, attorney fees, and profits from future sales. A bits and pieces of Kim Kardashian video is making its way to blogs and popular news sites. It appears that due to media coverage, there is a growing interest from the public to see her amazing figure, noticeably the bottom.

In a recent interview PEOPLE in regards to sex tape scandal, Kim states:

This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something private between myself and my then-boyfriend is extremely hurtful not only to me, but to my family as well.

She also adds,

I am filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this tape since it is being sold completely without my permission or consent.

Kim Kardashian video which includes some nudes and hardcore scenes was made during her three year relationship with pop singer Brandy’s baby brother. The relationship ended and subsequently, the tape was available for sale from an unknown source (Rumor has it that it was Ray-J).

Here is what Vivid said in response to the lawsuit threat,

We are comfortable that we have the legal right to distribute this video, despite what others may say,” says Vivid cochairman Steven Hirsch. “We have been around for 20 years and if we didn’t feel comfortable putting it out, we wouldn’t. We would like Kim and Ray J to be a part of it and hopefully we can work that out.
