According to USmagazing.com, the attorney representing Kim Kardashian is preparing to file a legal claim in effort to stop Vivid Entertainment from distributing her high profile and notorious sex tape made with her ex-boyfriend Ray-J later this month. Kim Kardashian finally caved in and confirmed that her steamy video exists but denies any involvement in making her sex tape public. Regardless of the controversy, Kim Kardashian is garnering tremendous public attention lately with this scandal. It seems like she is on the right track to become a super socialite just like Paris Hilton who went from a relatively unknown to “nobody” who got recognized and far outlasted the “15 minute fame” period.

Kardashian tells Usmagazine.com that she is “hurt and embarrassed” about the prospect of the tape being made public. She added that she will be issuing a statement about developments to prevent a planned DVD release. She plans to take legal action as soon as today.
